It is made from a stainless steel heart measuring 32mm. The example is shown as stamped with This Nanny belongs to, but this wording can be changed to anything you like...some examples are Mum, Mommy, Grandma, Auntie, Sister or Godmother.

It then has boy/girl figures added to it which can each be stamped with either a name or a date of your choice. You can add as many of these as you like! You then have the option to include birthstone crystals
